A little about how your journey with G&D would work. Firstly, we would really get to know you and your goals, what styles you like what entertainment you like, what foods you like. Only once we were fully confident that we have really understood exactly what would constitute your prefect party would our party planners get to work. The second stage for us is always finding the perfect venue. There is no point in planning anything else until you have found the perfect venue as many items will be dictated by the venue, like which caterers you can use, whether a theme will work or not, is it tall enough for aerialists and a myriad of other variables. Then we would look to create the prefect environment within that venue, including décor and styling, how the space would work in terms of people flow, does it need to be cut down in size by strategic use of bar placement and furniture, how do we create the most wow on guests’ arrival. Then last, but by no means least we would look at the entertainment, from big name headline acts to immersive all-encompassing performers.
