We are a group of passionate event experts who bring together years of experience and a wide mix of skills to create unforgettable moments for our clients. From design and theming to logistics, catering and entertainment, each of us has our own area of expertise, but what brings us together is a shared commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail. Director & Founder

After a successful career in the music industry as a producer and DJ, Dylan founded G&D Events in 2008. His natural talent for organising parties quickly made him the go-to person for event planning, and the business grew from there. Today, Dylan is still very hands-on, treating every client as an A-lister and always finding creative, unique ways to make each event stand out. Client satisfaction is at the heart of everything he does.

 

When he is not planning events, Dylan enjoys family time with his wife and two children. He is also an avid cyclist, whether that is riding through the peaceful hills of Slovakia or weaving through London’s busy streets between meetings.

Director

Anne has been an integral part of the G&D team since 2013, bringing with her more than two decades of experience in the events industry. From day one, she made her mark, organising and delivering some of our most prestigious events. Although Anne relocated back to the West Country to start a family, her passion for event planning never wavered. Now, with two wonderful children and a very handsome Fox Red Lab by her side, Anne is back to help steer the ship alongside Dylan.

 

When she is not busy creating unforgettable events, Anne loves to be outdoors, whether that is in the garden or throwing herself out of a plane. She is also our resident Christmas enthusiast. We challenge you to find anyone who loves the festive season more.

 

 

Natalia Amlot
Natalia Amlot
Creative Director

Natalia is not only a brilliant food expert but also G&D’s Creative Director. Her talent and flair in both areas make her an essential part of the team. Whether she is crafting unique menus or bringing imaginative ideas to the table, Natalia’s creativity is always at the heart of what she does.

 

Alongside her work with G&D and other successful ventures, Natalia is a devoted mother of two. When she is not working, you will often find her skiing the slopes of her home country, Slovakia, before unwinding with a well-earned glass of bubbly at après-ski.

Events Manager

Martyna joined G&D in 2018 as an Event Manager and quickly became an essential part of the team. Her sharp eye for detail, hardworking nature and calm leadership make her a real asset. Whether it is managing events or keeping the office running like clockwork, Martyna handles it all with quiet precision. From finding the perfect venue to managing budgets and timelines, her proactive approach keeps every project on track. Always reliable, always going above and beyond.

 

But there is more to Martyna than spreadsheets and schedules. She is also a huge sci-fi fan, always ready to chat about time travel, alternate universes or the latest space epic. Who says organised cannot be fun?

Jack Galliano

Executive Chef

Meet Jack, our Executive Chef and culinary expert. Jack began his career with training at Westminster Kingsway College before honing his skills at Claridge’s, rising from commis to chef de partie. He then joined The Square, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, as a junior sous chef, followed by a role as Head Chef at Perilla restaurant.

 

Today, Jack leads the fine dining team at G&D, creating exceptional menus for high-net-worth clients across the globe. He also brings specialist expertise in managing and delivering fully Kosher events with the same high standards of quality and care.

Rob Mander
Rob Mander
Head of AV & Production

Rob is an expert in AV production with over 20 years of experience in the events industry. As Head of AV and Production at G&D, he leads a team of skilled professionals who design and deliver outstanding events using the latest technology. From specialist rigging and lighting to staging and production design, Rob ensures every event is brought to life with precision and creativity.

 

When he isn’t up a ladder, behind a lighting desk or buried in cables, Rob enjoys practising yoga and exploring the spiritual benefits of tantric practices.

Runner & Fetcher

Archie has been part of office life since he was a tiny 12-week-old pup and joined the G&D team in 2022. As our official Runner and Fetcher, he takes his duties very seriously. Whether it is delivering important items, greeting guests or chasing tennis balls, Archie is always ready to lend a paw.

He is also a regular on client video calls, where his surprise appearances never fail to raise a smile. When he is not hard at work, you will find him snoozing in sunbeams or sneaking cuddles from Anne. His charm keeps the whole office smiling. We would not have it any other way.

As these things often do, G&D came about by chance. Around 13 years ago, our founder Dylan was a DJ. When his circle needed someone to pull a party together, the job landed with him. One party became two. Two parties became five. Every time, the feedback was glowing. The parties grew in size, scope and ambition until it became clear. Throwing parties was Dylan’s calling.

 

As G&D’s ambitions grew, so did its team. We brought in talent from all corners of the events world. From corporate events and conferences to private parties, weddings and beyond, we have gathered a universe of knowledge, experience and trusted contacts along the way.

 

Today, we are known for delivering high-end, stress-free events with personality. Every G&D event is a reflection of you. Polished. Creative. Effortlessly on point.
