When Only the Best Entertainment Will Do

As one of the top wedding organisers, we have had the pleasure of working with entertainers of all kinds from live bands to DJ’s. We can assist you with a sixteen piece band to a solo artist, depending on the venue, your guests and your budget. Don’t worry, we have an entertainer for everyone to ensure your wedding is one you will remember fondly for many years.

 

ENTERTAINMENT

Our goal is to make sure you’re completely free to enjoy every aspect of your wedding day; you can leave everything else to us. Our three step approach to all events including weddings produces the prefect results every time. Step 1 a G&D party planner will really get to know you and your spouse to be, getting really under the skin of what you like, from style and décor to food and drink we will immerse ourselves in your vision and really get to understand the vision you have for your big day. Step 2 if you haven’t already sourced thjs we will find the prefect venue. With and almost encyclopedic knowledge of venues and a huge database to draw down upon our party planners will present numerous options until we have found the venue that you will instinctively know is the venue for your big day. Step 2 would also include any adaptations to that environment including, décor theming, furniture and organising the space. How that venue would work in terms of people flow, where bars and furniture would go. We have in house capability for plans including 3D renders and walk throughs. Next would be F&B, as well as having our own catering arm with decades of experience we have also worked with all of the UK’s finest caterers, so whatever your requirement our event planners will be able to assist. Last, but by no means least we would be the entertainment, we have a background as event organisers in music and entertainment so whether it is a big named band or singer or a high quality function band we can help.
